Estibill was built for the way contractors actually work: a customer asks for a price, you walk the job, and you need a professional estimate in their hands before the competition — not a spreadsheet next weekend.

That's why Estibill is organized around the trades' own vocabulary — sections of a job, reusable items and assemblies, labor versus materials, deposits and progress payments — instead of generic accounting abstractions.

The estimate you edit is exactly the document your customer sees: one clean page, from the first line item to the payment schedule. When the job is won, it becomes the invoice. When it's done, it becomes the receipt.
