What we collect
Your account details (name, email, company information) and the business data you create in Estibill: estimates, invoices, clients, items, materials, payments and related documents.
How we use it
Solely to provide the service: generating your documents, sending emails you request (such as password resets), and operating the application. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.
Customer quote links
When you share an estimate or invoice, the recipient sees only the customer-facing document at a unique link. Internal information such as your costs and margins is never included in those pages.
Security
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Password-reset links are single-use and expire automatically.
Your choices
You can export your data (clients, items, price book) from within the application and may request account deletion by contacting us.
